CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Thank you for understanding; this helps me manage my time and provide the best service to all my clients. Refunds All services are non-refundable once completed. If there’s anything you’re not satisfied with, please let me know during your appointment—I’m here to ensure you’re happy with your experience! Late Arrivals As a courtesy to all clients, please be mindful of our scheduled time. If you’re running late, just reach out to let me know. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and will incur a $10 late fee. Referral Program I’m so grateful for your support! As a thank-you, you’ll receive $10 off your next service when you refer a friend who books with me, and they’ll receive $10 off their first service too. Your referrals mean the world to me!
